Ophelia Red is an assassin with only two rules in her work – no jobs where she lives and no kids. But when her latest target throws a house party to celebrate escaping justice, she has to take a back seat to family vengeance interfering with the kill. That’s when Ophelia discovers that a grieving mother is more ferocious than any criminal. Things go from bad to worse when she’s targeted by one of her colleagues, and Ophelia has to discover who’s trying to kill her.
